We also route calls across multiple centers based upon a percentage allocation of those received or by many other parameters. Our clients have the controls to change percentage allocation on-the-fly. Each call routing application is custom-built according to our client’s specifications.
Virtual Call Center
Our virtual call center enables companies to have representatives take calls on behalf of the company from remote locations around the country. The priority ranking feature increases the closing ratio of all calls received as the best closers receive more calls. Management will always know who's receiving calls and who's not receiving calls based on the in/out call logs. Each virtual queue can send calls to 99 separate representatives and the number of virtual queues you can set up is virtually limitless. Agents only need a plain telephone line and an Internet connection to start receiving calls.
