to our site. Our call tracking and call recording systems, accessed by subscribers

Anti-Spam Policy: To ensure that Dial 800 complies with the CAN-SPAM
Act, we have developed the following anti-spam policy:
Any e-mail sent by or on behalf of Dial 800 that advertises a product or service
to a recipient with whom Dial 800 does not have an existing business relationship
must comply with the following standards:
- All e-mail messages must identify themselves as an advertisement.
The subject line and content should be clear and not misleading. The exception to
this rule is if the message is sent upon “affirmative consent” (e.g., an opt-in
relationship).
- All e-mails must include an opt-out process. Every commercial email
message must include a clear and conspicuous notice that the recipient may opt-out
of future e-mails along with a mechanism for opting-out of future communication
from Dial 800. This opt-out function must continue to work for at least 30 days.
- All e-mail messages must include a postal mailing address for Dial 800.
Every commercial email message must include the Sender's valid physical postal
mailing address.
- The e-mail may not contain any false or misleading transmission information.
Headers (such as the “From” or “To” line) that are technically accurate but
misrepresentative of the message's true origins are prohibited.
- The e-mail may not contain any deceptive subject headings. Subject
headings that mislead the recipient as to the true nature of the message’s content
are prohibited.
- E-mail transmissions after objection are prohibited . You cannot
send a message to a recipient more than 10 days after the recipient has opted-out
of the list.
- Dial 800 shall not use e-mail address that were collected from the Internet
without permission or that were compiled by automated means.
